For everyone at Storm, Foundations is the starting block, it is where we all begin our journey. It is two week course with two personal training sessions, plus eight group classes dedicated to learning movements, terminology, and standards. After Foundations, we have three tracks for you to pursue your goals. At Storm, your membership includes more than just a space and equipment, we will be by your side along your journey. All we ask is for you to be ready to work.
