Foundations is the base of Storm Athletics. In our Foundations program, you will receive:

  • A One hour consultation and evaluation
  • Two thirty-minute Personal training sessions
  • Two week specialty class program

Our outcome-based, functional training program utilizes a group class format to help you work harder than if you were training alone. No matter the age, background or fitness level, our members are united in the attitude of coming together to work hard and create positive change in their health and fitness.

Maverick Program:

While our group classes are designed to achieve the highest levels of strength, speed, and power, sometimes a more personal approach is needed to achieve your specific goals. Our Maverick Program is unlike anything you have been a part of. We combine the benefits of of personal training at less than 50% of the cost. We offer three tiers of our Maverick Program.     Personal and Small Group Training:

    We offer personal training and small group training at Storm. In Personal training, you work one on one with your specific Storm Coach on your goals. Small group training is limited to four individuals, all working towards a common goal.
