For everyone at Storm, Foundations is the starting point - it is where we all begin our journey. Foundations is a two week course dedicated to learning movements, terminology, and standards over eight group classes and two personal training sessions. After Foundations, we have three tracks for you to pursue your goals. At Storm, your membership includes more than just a space and some equipment. We will be by your side along your journey. All we ask is for you to be ready to work.
